A mimosa is really just juice and bubbles, which makes it one of the easier cocktails to rebuild without alcohol. Mingle uses blood orange juice concentrate instead of plain orange, so the citrus lands darker and slightly bitter, and elderflower essence adds the floral lift that would otherwise come from sparkling wine. Malic acid keeps it from finishing sweet. Carbonated water, organic cane sugar, blood orange juice concentrate, natural flavors, fruit juice extract and elderflower essence make up the whole can, at 60 calories with no alcohol. Serve it cold in a champagne flute and nobody at the table has to explain themselves. It goes with avocado toast, vanilla yogurt and granola, or honey goat cheese on crostini. Brunch is the obvious slot, but it works at any daytime celebration.
