A low alcohol sorbet sour from Pastore Brewing and Blending in Cambridgeshire, brewed in collaboration with Mash Gang. Fermented with Pastore's fresh sour mixed culture for a nice lactic acid base, then conditioned on oranges, vanilla and a small quantity of pineapple for a fruity, refreshing sorbet-like experience.
