Hatt IPA

A non-alcoholic version of the IPA originally brewed for Omnipollos Hatt, their first taproom, celebrating its 10-year anniversary. Made with the same Citra, Nelson, and Motueka hops but adapted to a lower ABV while maintaining full flavor. Focuses on balance rather than sweetness, with a clean malt backbone that supports modern hop flavor without feeling thin. Enthusiastically crafted at Omnipollo's church brewery on Sturegatan 41 in Sundbyberg, Sweden.
