Founded by childhood friends Xavier d’Audiffret Pasquier and Pierre‑Emmanuel Racine‑Jourdren, Maison SASSY reimagines Normandy’s cider tradition with recipes inspired by the cider served at the Château de Sassy. Working with a local producer and cellar master, the brand focuses on 100% fruit‑juice ciders that are additive‑free and proudly made in Normandy. Maison SASSY became a Certified B Corporation in 2025, underscoring its commitment to quality and responsible practices.
