About This Beer
Bellwoods’ A Non-Alc IPA V2 is a trial-release IPA designed to deliver a hop-forward, balanced, juicy and clean profile—without the alcohol. Hopped exclusively with Citra, Galaxy and Simcoe, it showcases bright citrus, tropical fruit and subtle pine. Packaged in 473 ml tall cans at 0.5% ABV, it marked a milestone in the brewery’s development of non-alcoholic beers. The V2 release sat alongside V1 in the series as Bellwoods refined their ideal NA IPA expression.
Tasting Notes
Juicy citrus and tropical aromas lead with grapefruit, tangerine, and hints of peach and passionfruit from Citra and Galaxy. Simcoe adds a touch of pine and gentle resin, while a light malt backbone keeps the palate crisp and clean with a satisfying, balanced bitterness.
