GUUBII is the alcohol-free aperitif line from German producer Goodvines, made in collaboration with vinegar house Rubycube. It is billed as the world's first non-alcoholic aperitif built on dealcoholised Riesling (95%) blended with a red wine vinegar creation (5%), then refined with fruit and herbs and lightly carbonated for a fine perlage. Two expressions are made: Elderberry & Lemon and Ginger & Lime, both at 0.0% ABV with no artificial flavours. Ginger & Lime took Gold at the 2024 International Non-Alcohol Competition in New York, and the range has been named among the best non-alcoholic wines by VinePair.
